FAQ

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are processed between 1-3 business days.

What shipping carrier will deliver my package and how long will it take?

All domestic orders ship with USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 business days.
International orders ship with USPS First Class International Mail and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you need your order expedited, please contact info@blossomandshine.com
Delivery options will depend on our current inventory.

What if a product is damaged in the mail?

If a product arrives damaged, please let us know within three business days and we will be happy to issue a replacement. Unused orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned order the charges will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Do you take custom orders?

We are always open to working with you on a custom order!
